Barcham Trees is the largest container tree nursery in Europe. The nursery, based in Cambridgeshire, is home to over 450 different varieties stocking trees from 10-12cm and up with a focus on standard  trees suitable for amenity planting. The company’s biosecurity policy introduced in 2013 promises that all stock is grown in the UK for at least one growing season before it is planted into the landscape. This is complimented by home grown stock which makes up 40% of the production. Stock is subject to regular inspection by the APHA to ensure the trees are at full health before supply. In 2019, Barcham achieved ISO 14001 certification followed by Plant  Healthy certification in 2020. Barcham also hold Royal Warrants to Her Majesty the Queen, and the Prince of Wales.
